Where are you located?
We are located in Hialeah, FL.
What is the best way and time to contact you?
The best way to contact us is via email at email@example.com or by using the contact tab on our facebook page.
You can also request our contact number via email however, we prefer you email us in order to keep pictures, prices, and all order information discussed on paper. It is very difficult to remember conversations or prices when given over the telephone.
If you requested our telephone number please keep in mind that I hold a regular job and therefore, I will only answer phone calls after 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. I am available all weekend so you can call me at anytime. I sometimes answer emails during the day that is why I suggest you contact me via email whenever possible.
How long will it take for a reply?
We make every attempt possible to reply to e-mails within 72 hours. At times, we are unable to meet this target due to the large volume of e-mails.
What should be included on the email?
It is very important that you include the following information in order to expedite the process and avoid multiple unnecessary emails.
- Event Date (Sometimes I am booked and that way I can let you know right away)
- Serving Amount. (Please don’t just say I want a two or three tiered cake)
- Design wanted (You could also send me a picture if you have one) or description of what you would like us to create.
What are your prices?
All cakes are priced differently depending on the design/details of the particular cake and not by theme. Please do not send emails asking, how much is a cake for 50 people? I won’t be able to answer it without knowing what you would like in terms of design. You can have two cakes of the same theme with completely different designs/details. One might take longer than the other to complete and therefore it will cost more.
Also note the use of Sugar flowers and edible figurines will raise the price of the cake due to the amount of time they take to me made. If you are on a budget, I encourage you to bring your own figurines.
Do you offer discounts?
I do not offer discounts however when ever possible I try to design a cake that fits my customer’s budget.

How do I place an order?
Once we come up with a design and agree on the price, I will send you an order form via email for you to complete and return with a 50% deposit. My address and telephone number will be listed on the form. Please note that even though you might have an order form from us, if you don’t bring the deposit within three days of receiving the order the date might not be available. Please only request the order form once you are ready to place an order.
How long in advance should an order be placed?
Due to the limited amount of order we are able complete weekly, we encourage all clients to place their order as soon as they have a date for the event. Sometimes we are able to accommodate last minute orders but we cannot guarantee it.
Do you have a website?
Currently we don't have a website however, you can find us on facebook at www.facebook.com/yummytreatsbyyane We have most of our pictures posted there.
Do you offer tasting?
Since, we currently do not have a storefront and/or we do not freeze our goodies; we are unable to provide you with taste testing session.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is available to Miami Dade and Broward counties. There is a $15 to $35 fee depending on your location. Once you provide the delivery address I will be able to let you know the delivery fee.
